At MyMiniBrick, your satisfaction is our top priority! If something doesn’t look or feel right, please email us at support@myminibrick.com and we’ll do our best to make it right. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom and personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged due to their unique nature. Once you place an order, we immediately begin the customization process, and as such, we are unable to make changes to details like size or color once the order is processed.
If you need to make any urgent changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at support@myminibrick.com.
In the event that we make a mistake with your order, we will promptly correct the issue and send you a replacement at no additional cost. However, please note that we do not accept refunds for custom products in this situation, as customized products are created uniquely for you and cannot be resold. We appreciate your understanding.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once your order is placed and processing has begun, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Custom orders are locked for processing immediately after the order is completed, meaning changes or cancellations are not possible. Please ensure that all details are correct before submitting your order.

Free Replacement Policy
At MyMiniBrick, we are committed to ensuring that your experience with us is smooth and satisfying. If your package shows no movement for more than 3 weeks or far exceeds our estimated time of arrival, and there are no issues with the shipping address, you are eligible for a FREE replacement in a timely manner.
Additionally, we take full responsibility within 30 days from the order’s arrival in the following situations:
- The product(s) arrive damaged, faulty, or broken due to issues caused by our factory or the carrier.
- The product(s) significantly differ from your order, such as incorrect customization or printing errors.
Replacement Process:
If you meet the above conditions, please follow the steps below to receive a replacement:
- Send an email to support@myminibrick.com with the following details:
- Order number and Email
- Video or photos of the defective product(s)
- If the issue is a printing error, please include clear photographs of the error.
- If the issue is related to sizing, include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photos to show the garment's measurements.
Once the issue is confirmed by our customer service team, we will promptly re-send you a new product. We believe that a replacement is the best way to resolve your issue, and as such, we do not offer refunds.
