Every frame is made just for you, which means we can't accept returns or exchanges. But here's what we do instead: if you're not happy with the result, email us at support@myminibrick.com and we’ll be happy to review it with you and help find the best possible solution. 🤍

Contact us within 24 hours of ordering at support@myminibrick.com — we'll do everything we can to accommodate your request before production begins.

Shipping Issues
If your package hasn't moved in 3+ weeks with no explanation, we'll send a free replacement right away.
